Data Engineering
My interest for data engineering has come hand in hand with an interest for machine learning.
This had it’s start while doing the ML/AI career path curriculum with codeacademy. I quickly realised that what comes in goes out and thus ETL, data wrangling and purposeful data and structure became central.
I followed this interest and have soon completed a minor in data science at Aalto University as part of my bachelor studies. This pursuit has led to deeper knowledge of modern methods such as deep learning.
As an intern at Novartis, a lot of my work (partially by request) also entailed data related topics and I even made a couple solutions for my team in this area.
